Faya, co-founder of OmniOnion, has over 15 years of experience in business development and marketing in China. She has collaborated with top global brands and creatives, including Alessi, MUJI’s Kenya Hara, Marco Piva, and Fritz Hansen during her time as Project Manager for Beijing Design Week.
Her background in fashion includes working as a brand consultant for select stores, bringing in luxury brands like Maison Margiela, Viktor & Rolf, and Sacai. With 5 years in Japan, she further refined her expertise in navigating diverse markets and building cross-cultural connections.

Moa-Karin, co-founder of OmniOnion, has a strong background in Marketing & Export Sales with a focus on China, enhanced by her studies and professional experiences in the country. She holds a Master’s degree in East Asian Studies, equipping her with deep cultural and market insights essential for successful brand positioning in China.
With over 3 years of experience at a digital marketing agency, Moa-Karin has honed her skills in developing creative marketing strategies tailored for the Chinese market.
Her academic expertise, combined with practical experience, makes her a valuable asset for brands aiming to connect with Chinese consumers effectively.
Kiki founded China’s first street culture magazine, URBAN, in 2002, introducing young Chinese audiences to global youth subcultures, sports lifestyles, and street art.
Over the past two decades, she has led collaborations with sportswear giants like adidas, Nike, Puma, and The North Face, along with over 100 global brands such as Swatch, Apple, Absolut, and Levi’s.
Kiki’s expertise lies in blending brand promotion with street culture and contemporary art, curating showrooms, producing documentaries, organizing exhibitions, and building KOL partnerships. She also published her travel book, Domi, Let’s Go.
Recently, Kiki founded the children’s lifestyle clothing brand Weeee, which became a top-seller on TaoBao in the color illustration children’s clothing category.
Qiu Dawang is a seasoned media professional with a background in journalism and editing for major outlets like China Business News, Business Tianxia, ELLE, Vogue, and Cosmopolitan.
With expertise in marketing and PR, Qiu has held executive roles at B&Q China, Dentsu Aegis, and McCann Worldgroup, while providing PR strategy consulting for Tencent WeChat’s PR team and Bain & Company. Their social media strategy services also extend to boutique European brands, including Fornace Brioni.
Additionally, Qiu is a renowned paper-cutting artist who has collaborated with brands like Luxottica, Nike, Sephora, and Samsung TV for art project planning, product design, and exhibition curation. These partnerships have provided Qiu with deep insights into brands’ artistic needs and extensive experience in creative project execution.
Winnie is a market research and strategy expert with 18 years of experience helping global brands navigate the complexities of the Chinese market. Her extensive professional journey includes working with top research firms such as Kantar, Ipsos, and Nielsen, where she led major projects, delivering deep consumer insights and strategic guidance.
